This photo was made the day the Delta Queen was moored at Coolidge Park to enter its new life as a boutique hotel in Chattanooga. The Queen has now left Chattanooga for hopefully a new life back on the river.
About Tom and Pat Cory
Tom and Pat began their career as nature and travel photographers in the 1987. While both enjoyed their work, Tom as a Clinical Psychologist and Pat as a manager in Information Technology, they wanted to spend more time out in nature and to see more of the world. Soon after beginning their 2nd career as nature and travel photographers they had the good fortune to be asked to conduct photo tours for two New York based travel companies. For the next 30 years, in addition to their tours in the US, they led tours in Europe, Latin America, Iceland and New Zealand. In addition to leading photo tours, Tom and Pat have published three photography books, taught at several universities, and had their work appear in regional and national...
